6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window on eligible products. To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging

  • No more than 5 nasal strips may have been used from the opened pack

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

If more than 5 strips have been used, the product is not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.
