We want you to love what it feels like to breathe in 4K. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a simple and fair returns policy.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, your product must:

Be in its original packaging

Have no more than 5 nasal strips used from the pack

Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
If more than 5 strips have been used, the item is no longer eligible for return.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using registered or tracked post, as we do not take responsibility for any return items lost in transit.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at breathe@4knasalstrips.com.au within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can sort it out quickly.
