We aim to get your 4K Nasal Strips to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's what you need to know about shipping.
1. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Please allow additional time during peak periods such as sales or public holidays.
2. Shipping Options & Rates (Australia)

Standard Shipping – $7 flat rate
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days -
Express Shipping – $15 flat rate
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days -
Free Shipping – Automatically applied to all orders over $40
All orders are shipped with tracking. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and postal delays.
3. Tracking
You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order is shipped so you can follow it all the way to your door.
4. Shipping Responsibility
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the courier. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost parcels in transit.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbours or local post office first.
5. Delivery Address
Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not liable for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping options may be added in the future.
